Each season I go out and harvest wild herbs around Victoria which I dry for the year. In Winter it is cleansing greens, which are great blood tonics like Nettle, Cleavers and Chickweed. In Spring I do a floral mix of anti- viral and nervine herbs. Late Summer I make a antioxidant berry tea. then in Autumn I make a root liver cleanse.
These mixes are dependent on the weather, so ingrediants will vary and are always different.
