Motherwort is a beautiful heart tonic and nervine traditionally used to support emotional steadiness during times of transition, including the shift from maiden to mother. It is often turned to for its grounding and calming influence on the nervous system, particularly when experiencing stress, overwhelm, or anxiety. It has a long history of use in supporting the heart and may gently assist in easing mildly elevated blood pressure. In postpartum care, it is traditionally used to support uterine tone and recovery, helping the body settle and re-balance after birth.
 
Contraindicated in pregnancy.
 
Directions for use: Take 5-10 drops under the tongue before meditation or in the morning. 
 
Ingredients: Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) extracted in 40% ethanol with spring water and raw honey.
