Become your own herbalist and take charge of your health.

Hosted and facilitated by Lily of the Herbs, this half day workshop will be an embodied and practical exploration of Elemental Herbalism. This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience in herbalism. Participants will learn about the five elements which exist within all living people and plants by, making medicines and learning different practices for each element:

Ether: Wild herb walk in the herb garden.
Air: Foraging and drying, make your own tea.
Fire: Immune boosting oxymel.
Water: Nervous system glycetract-elixir.
Earth: Wound healing salve.

Participants will receive a handmade booklet with recipes and instructions, as well as take home their hand made medicines.

​

Location:
At her home clinic in Warrandyte.
The apothecary will be open for any of your witchy needs.
