The four-day introductory Zenthai Shiatsu training is happening this March in Kangaroo Ground.
WHAT IS ZENTHAI?
Zenthai is a flowing, seamless blend of Zen Shiatsu, Thai Massage & Osteopathic Techniques underpinned by the principles and techniques of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Zenthai is powerful therapy, but it is also blissful to receive and highly adaptable for individual circumstances.
Zenthai is more than just a practice. It is a journey of self-discovery, strengthening, letting go and being fully embraced by a beautiful, conscious community.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Comprehensive instruction in Zenthai bodywork techniques
- A 2 hour sequence.
- Giving and receiving hours of quality body work
- Deepening the sense of touch
- Practices to strengthen the body and cultivate inner awareness
- Manual and video of the material covered
- Level One Zenthai Shiatsu Certificate

FACILITATORS:
Lily of the Herbs began her Zenthai Shiatsu journey in 2018, and she draws on a background of dance and martial arts to inform the way she moves. In 2020 Lily co-founded the Northern Rivers Community Clinic in Brunswick Heads NSW, she has treated at over 15 festivals and currently sees clients from a clinic in Kangaroo Ground and Port Melbourne. She has been teaching Zenthai Shiatsu for the last 5 years.

Set in a beautiful mudbrick building in the trees. Only 35 mins from the city and
Kangaroo Ground Centre 25 Donaldson rd. Kangaroo Ground.
DATES AND TIMES:
Thursday 5th March 9am - 4:30pm
Friday 6th March 9am - 4:30pm
Saturday 7th March 9am - 4:30pm
Sunday 8th March 9am - 4:30pm
LOCATION: Elwood lifesaving club. On the beach, bring your bathers!
INVESTMENT: $695.
