Zenthai Level 1 Training

The four-day introductory Zenthai Shiatsu training is happening 24th-27th April 2025 in Brunswick.
WHAT IS ZENTHAI?
Zenthai is a flowing, seamless blend of Zen Shiatsu, Thai Massage & Osteopathic Techniques underpinned by the principles and techniques of yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Zenthai is powerful therapy, but it is also blissful to receive and highly adaptable for individual circumstances.
Zenthai is more than just a practice. It is a journey of self-discovery, strengthening, letting go and being fully embraced by a beautiful, conscious community.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Comprehensive instruction in Zenthai bodywork techniques
- A 2 hour sequence.
- Giving and receiving hours of quality body work

- Practices to strengthen the body and cultivate inner awareness
- Manual and video of the material covered
- Level One Zenthai Shiatsu Certificate

FACILITATORS:
Lily of the Herbs began her Zenthai Shiatsu journey in 2018, and she draws on a background of dance and martial arts to inform the way she moves. In 2020 Lily co-founded the Northern Rivers Community Clinic in Brunswick Heads NSW, she has treated at over 15 festivals and currently sees clients from a clinic in Kangaroo Ground and Port Melbourne. She has been teaching Zenthai Shiatsu for the last 5 years.
Celeste Battisti from Zenthai House Melbourne:
Celeste has been practicing as a remedial therapist for 7 years with a Zenthai Shiatsu clinic in Northcote. Celeste brings a deep knowledge of anatomy and the power of presence and touch. This is her second time facilitating the level 1 training.

Friday 25th April 9am - 4:30pm
Saturday 26th April 9am - 4:30pm
Sunday 27th April 9am - 4:30pm
LOCATION: Located at A.K.A. Yoga studio Brunswick. A short walk from Ceres and the Merri Creek. Right out the front of the 96 tram to the city and plenty of free parking.
INVESTMENT: $650.
